Latex Style Guideline

1. Figure directory: fig/ (not figs/ )
2. Figure label prefix: fig/
3. "in ~\figref{fig/xxx}": ~ is not necessary. Use instead "in \figref{...}"
4. Citation: Notice that there is no space around ~: "We used the Dijkstra algorithm~\cite{dijkstra}"
5. End with a period in figure caption, but no period in table caption.
6. "\begin{figure}[t]": Use the position directive ("t") only when necessary. In many cases, it is ignored anyway.
